1 Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Organizational Development from an institute of repute;
Exp : At least 15 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of Organizational Development, Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations; Exposure of working with a large geographically dispersed organization.
2 BE/B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% & above marks. OR
B.Sc. and MCA from a recognized University/ Institute. MCAs should have done a course in computer organization and Design/ Architecture. Post Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference. OR
Graduate and MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing & Finance, should have associated with Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, etc.

3 Post Graduation in Economics with monetary/ financial economics/ statistics/ econometrics as subjects, from an Indian /Foreign University duly recognized by Govt. of India or other regulatory bodies. Doctoral Degree in these subjects and/or relevant published work/research papers will be an added advantage.

4 Minimum Graduation And Membership of Institute of Companies secretaries of India
Exp : At least 08 years post qualification experience in handling Regulatory and Compliance requirements of SEBI, NSE and BSE of an entity listed in NSE or BSE of which at least 05 years should be as Company Secretary. Candidates to submit experience certificate from the previous employers showing the number of years he/she has worked with them and his/her designation.
