|1||The incumbent should be a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science Branch, with good academic record form a recognized University / Institution. He should possess adequate experience at a senior level in a large organization of repute. Persons with MBA qualification and having experience in management and familiarity with Finance, Marketing / Production / R&D will have added advantage.
Experience: He should have minimum 25 years of experience out of which minimum 5 years at a senior level in Corporate Planning, Production, Quality Assurance, Material Management, Business Development, R&D, Human Resource Management etc. preferably in an organization engaged in the Manufacturing & Marketing of Analytical Instruments, Solar Photovoltaic Modules & Systems.
|2||The incumbent should be a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science Branch, with good academic record (minimum 60%) form a recognized University / Institution. He should have minimum 20 years of experience out which minimum 5 years at a Senior Level in Corporate Planning, Production, Quality Assurance, Material Management, Business Development, R&D, Marketing, Human Resource Management etc. in an organization of repute. Candidate with MBA Qualification shall be having added advantage.|
|3||The incumbent should be MBA in Human Resources (Two year full time course) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. The candidate should have exposure of various acts applicable in an industrial organization like Factory Act; Industrial Disputes Act, Contract Labour Abolition & Regulation Act, RTI Act etc. The candidate should have post qualification working experience of 8 years or more. Exposure of handling Civil and Public Relation matters is desirable. An added advantage shall be given to Law Graduate (LLB).|
Pay Scale :
For Sr. No. 1 : Rs 51300-3%-73000 (CTC Rs. 20.97 Lacs p.a.) + Variable payÂ upto 40% of Basic Pay)
For Sr. No. 2 : Rs 43200-3%-66000 (CTC Rs. 17.66 Lacs p. a.) + variable pay upto 40% of Basic Pay)
For Sr. No. 3 : Rs 24900-3%-50500 (CTC Rs. 10.18 Lacs p. a.) + variable pay upto 40% of Basic Pay)
Age Limit :
For Sr. No. 1 : 40-58 yrs
For Sr. No. 2 : 40-55 yrs
For Sr. No. 3 : 35-40 yrs
