Eligibility : i) Proven track record in areas of cutting edge Science & Technology with direct benefit and interest in traditional and high quality fundamental and application oriented S&T exp.directly relevant for CSIR and its mandate.
ii) Leadership qualities required for building/ nurting new groups of Scientists and technologists in emerging areas of interest to the country, and its problems in keeping with national innovation objective and their effective translation via the CSIR mandate.
